error with a big mailbox

I try to get access for 2 mailboxes with this webmail.
First mailbox - is ok, but the second one has a problem. I enter login/password, then browser is going to "http://mail.domain/process.php" and that's all: blank page. No error messages. In mail server logs I see only "login successful" and "logout". And, of course, with telnet access to - no problems).

Any difference between this 2 mailboxes is that a problem one have ~5000 mails in it.

Thoughts?
