Problemas com a instalação

Ola,
Estou tentando colocar o uebmiau no meu servidor, mas estou enfrentando os seguintes problemas.
O install.txt diz que eu tenho que mudar somente o caminho da pasta temporaria, eu mudei mas mesmo assim ainda não consigo faze-lo funcionar.
$temporary_directory = "C:/Inetpub/wwwroot/webmail";
Se quiser dar uma olhada no que esta acontecendo segue o link, é como se ele não estivesse interpretando o PHP, mas eu ja tenho outros sites em PHP e funcionam direitinho só o webmail que estou tendo dificuldades.

Bom vou postar o meu passo a passo realizado, quem sabe eu não cometi algum erro.
Primeiramente eu descompactei o arquivo e coloquei na pasta que eu usaria como webmail.
Quando eu li o install.txt ele dizia
Make a non web-shared folder (users cannot see this folder throught a web browser),
eg. /tmp/uebimiau or c:\winnt\temp\uebimiau
The user that the webserver is running (nobody, apache, IUSR_machine,etc) need rights
to write on this folder, turn it writtable
Open the config.php file in a text editor, all instructions are commented on this file,
pay attention on the $temporary_folder variable, set it according your folder name
fiz esses passos.
Outra opção seria acessar a pasta install e seguir as instruções ali apresentadas, coisa que não pude pois o link http://www.nostalgiando.com/webmail/install não sei porque não decodificou todo o php, só sei que ficou muito estranho.

Alguem tem alguam ideia?

1) Verifique se o seu servidor está configurado corretamente


2) Verifique se a diretiva do php.ini short_open_tag está On

Obrigado led agora foi, só que não esta abrindo a index.
Configurei o o config.php com os dados certinhos e removi a pasta install como falava la ja que estava tudo certinho.
Agora a minha index não esta mostrando nada

Consegui finallizar a instalação, eu tinha misturado 2 versoes do uebimiau dai estava meio bagunçado, baixei a ultima versao dai foi só habilitar a flag da short tag como vc tinha dito, configurar o config e a linguagem agora ja esta rodando.

"We should make flexible and careful macro-economic policies. We should step up efforts to boost domestic demand, particularly domestic consumption and keep the economy, the financial sector and the capital market stable.

"We should continue keeping social stability and pushing the country's economy towards sound and fast development," it said.

The meeting also came at a time when the outlook of the world economy became increasingly grim as a result of a serious global financial crisis.

This meeting was significant because it was the third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee 30 years ago that pushed the country on to the road of its historic reform and opening-up drive.
